Description: The Nitrogen Gas booster Kit P/N 1094-001C-1 includes a Nitrogen gas booster equipped with a quick coupling and its accessories. The Nitrogen gas booster is used to increase the pressure from a source of Nitrogen or compressed air without any external power. This booster unit obtains a determined pressure from a partially empty tank to complete various fillings on landing gear shock absorbers, accumulators and other equipment. The minimum pressure required for the unit to function is approximately 550 PSI (38 BAR) and the safety valve is adjusted at 3200 PSI (220 BAR). Different fittings are available for the inlet and outlet ports on the Nitrogen booster. Upon request, the manufacturer (Florida Aeronautics) will set the default nitrogen pressure up to 4000 PSI (280 BAR).
