 CNC Machine Programmer & Operator (French speaking)

-CNC Machine Programmer & Operator (French speaking):
The qualified individual would be trained by an aeronautical engineer to create programs on the latest models Mazak CNC Lathe (Quick turn) and Milling (Vertical) machines.
The job mainly consists of machining generally small dimension and precise parts made in stainless steels or lighter metals used on our aeronautical products.
Main responsibilities include:
- Reading blueprints and drawings in Metric
- Creating programs on the French version of MAZATROL system
- Installation and adjustment of different tools
- Inspect tolerances, dimensions and aspects of parts being machined
In spare time:
- Communicating with the Purchasing Dept. on which CNC tools, accessories, raw materials and
machines need to be purchased.
- Managing stock of raw materials and tools as well as parts being machined.
Required Qualifications:
- Full knowledge in METRIC system
- Verbal fluency in French
- Fluency in Spanish a Plus
- Attended or graduated from a Technical/Machine Programming school
- 2 years minimum making and running programs on CNC machines
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Cadkey, Key Creator or similar
- NON-SMOKER
